◆ 采用管式风冷智能微间隙放电技术,配以高效新型电源,具有臭氧产量高、耗电少、运行稳定、寿命长久等特点。
◆ 采用双层不锈钢结构。先进的设计理念,精湛的加工制造技术,确保内腔无焊点,绝无泄露。
◆ PLC可编程控制或者微电脑自动控制,数码显示,机电一体化设计,可对工作电压、电流、灭菌时间、臭氧浓度等多种参数实施在线连续检测、报警、保护,保证系统安全可靠运行。可在线打印臭氧灭菌柜内的臭氧浓度。
◆ 运用高效内循环技术,将腔体内气体通过耐臭氧腐蚀内循环泵经高效过滤器吸入臭氧发生器内,形成洁净的臭氧气体后,重新充入腔体内,迅速提高臭氧浓度,臭氧气体分布均匀。臭氧浓度高,可达200ppm。
◆ 可根据用户要求设计为 ①双扉,双扉联锁灭菌柜,双扉联锁可保证操作区与无菌区的隔离,代替传递窗使用。②低温烘干灭菌柜。

◆ We introduce double stainless steelstructure and use advanced design concepts, exquisite manufacturing technologyto ensure the chamber free of solder joints, no leaks.
◆ The generator can be automaticallycontrolled by PLC programmable control system or microcomputer, digitaldisplay, mechanical and electrical integration design, which can do theimplementation of on-line continuous detection, alarm, protection for workvoltage, current, sterilization time, the concentrationsof ozone and other parameters, to ensure the system safe and reliableoperation. Online printing is available for the ozone concentration inside theozone sterilization cabinet.
◆ By use of high efficiency inner-looptechnology, the gas of the chamber can be inhaled into ozone generator throughthe corrosion-resistant inner-loop pump and high efficiency filter. After theformation of clean ozone gas, it is re-filled into the chamber, which rapidlyincreases the ozone concentration. Ozone gas is evenly distributed with highconcentrations up to 200ppm.
◆ According to user requirements can bedesigned as①double gates interlock sterilizer,which ensures separation of operational areas and sterile areas, replacing thetransmission window. ② low-temperature drying sterilizer.
